We start every event with a vision; the inspiration behind every decision. During this phase, our team works together to spot trends, research your industry and learn about your competition. We like to do things that no one else is doing. We want to give your guests a multi-sensory experience. We consider where the food will transport them, how the lighting will make them feel and even what memories a smell will evoke.

If you fail to plan, then plan to fail. We believe that if you're not over-prepared then you are under-prepared. Our standard work-back schedules help us meet deadlines and our run-of-shows provide a minute-by-minute detailed outline showing what each department should be doing at any given time.

From planning to execution, your event management team, which includes your onsite event representatives, will be on-hand to facilitate every movement in the run-of-show. This ensures that nothing slips through the cracks and that your guests receive the full experience.
